NEVERWINTER NIGHTS!!! Whoo the game I'm addicted to.

NeverWinter Nights 1:



NeverWinter Nights 2



NWN 1 won top 10 PC games of the year. Neverwinter Nights 1 (#5) and Neverwinter Nights 2 won best Role-Playing Game. I have NWN 1 + All expansions and NWN 2. Not much expansions on the second one as it was just released and Singapore doesn't import games fast.

After playing these 2 games for about a week I totally agree that these two games get high regconitions.

Lemme introduce the game to you. It's a Dungeon and Dragons game based systems. (I'm not going into detail of it if you don't know). Basically, it's a strategic real-time game. Okay, not entirely strategic. I mean you don't have to think about how to kill a simple orc here and there but in certain situations when the odds are against you, that's where stategy comes into play. You just have to pause and play and control your characters properly.Well Sharon does best at that. I just enjoy easy kills.

Summary of both games:
3-rd person view. Relatively good graphics for a game that doesn't have high PC requirements(only talking about NWN 1 here. NWN 2 needs EXTREMELY HIGH PC requirements). Interesting storyline with a lot of twists and future-affecting decisions, nice gameplay experience, lots of ways to customize your character to the fullest and did I mention LOTS OF CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM?!

You betcha! I can't even start listing here man. You have base classes and prestige classes. You can even MULTICLASS. Like a Monk/Wizard or a Rogue/Arcane Trickster ETC. You can even do more than 2 multiclassing. You can have a Monk/Wizard/Rogue/Red Dragon Disciple...........
and the list goes on!!!

Out of the MANY classes, there are 2 prestige classes that you can only choose after going through a storyline. The classes are NeverWinter Nine(Powerful paladins/champions whatever) or the Shadow Thieves of Amn. Obviously if you choose to help the bandits then you can be a Shadow thief and if you help the guards you pick NeverWinter Nine. (Only for NWN 2)

Also, the clothes, you can't say it's badly designed. And there are really cool weapons! Also lots of nice spells for wizards/sorcers/bards etc.

What else can you customize...oh! You can pick your alignment whether you want to be Lawful Good, Lawful Neutral, Lawful Bad, True Good, True Neutral, True Bad, Chaotic Good, Chaotic Neutral, Chaotic Bad.

Also you get companions to travel along with you. Hear their stories which really makes the journey a lot more exciting. And when you have conversations with them, whatever you say, affects their influence with you. It also affects your alignment. You get cool skills like Diplomacy, Lie, Taunt, Intimidate which really affects a conversation.

Overall I'd give the games a 9.8/10!! Not a complete 10 as there as bugs and glitches that needs to be fixed.

Btw, there's single and multiplayer. We should all get NWN 1 cause our computers cannot support NWN 2('cept sharons) and MULTIPLAY!!!

NWN 2 Video. That's probably a Wizard/Rogue as the Aasimar(a God-like human thingy) VS a Assasin(the huge ugly monster). The Aasimar is using the spell Ray of Frost. That's all Sharon and I can make of the video.

There's no question that the PlayStation 3 is the place to be for early adopters. Its 12 month head start means it's well into its software stride and is turning out some of the best games of the year. No title that's exclusive to the PS3 can make the same claim.
Comparing the Wii to the other two makes it look tawdry -- it doesn't play movies, there's no high-def support, no surround sound, no high-tech bells and whistles. But if you want to understand the Wii's appeal, you're going to have to pick up that unique controller and try it -- unless you're already sold on Nintendo's reputation alone.

Moreover, if you're buying for a family, the Wii has by far the best selection of kid-friendly titles at this early stage, and that's only going to improve as time goes on. It also hasn't escaped the attention of some folks that you can get a Wii and a 360 for only slightly more than a PS3, and this combination is a good bet if you're the type to want the best of both worlds.
And the truth is, if you're in the market for one of these beasts this year, your choice will probably be made by necessity rather than preference. OKAY. The 11th of November, the last day where adeline can enjoy her home and civilisation.
Tomorrow she'll be locked away in some foriegn island.

Ok, anyhows today we were suppose to be gaming but Sharmila who lacks the most essential thing called common sense, forgot to check her ps to see if it works and happily assured us that it works FINE. And in the end she didn't come. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SHE DITCHED US.

But who said we can't have fun without her. We play thief 2 The metal Age. It was tense. And nauseating because of the first person view. So Janice had to buy SOUR PRUNE cause we might vomit. We also had Warheads the sweet that burnt a hole in Adeline's upper jaw. Owww....
And if that's not bad enough, Sharon actually ate one whole pack in a sitting. She said it was so acidic she burnt her tongue.

In thief, as the name suggest you are a thief and have to sneak around to achieve your objectives. Whilst doing the mission your allow to knockout people with your stick, also you can pick the body up and throw it some where else. YOUR SUPPOSE TO MOVE THE BODY TO NOT ATTRACT ANY ATTENTION. But Janice, happily took the unconcious body and threw it SMACKED-FACE IN FRONT OF A GUARD. Boy didn't that not attract any attention.
So we Janice decided to try something else, she took the body and threw it underwater! The guy died of drowning. HAHAHAH it was hilarious when he was choking and trying to get air into his lungs.
Aren't we a bunch of sadist.

Next stupid thing was at the dinner table. Janice was talking to Adeline about some fish eyeball. Janice said that fish eyeballs were good for health. So she told Adeline THIS:

"Adeline, next time you eat an EYEBALL try the FISH" <--- Not a typo.

The both of us stared at each other in an awkward silence before roaring with laughter. Adeline went on saying, "Talk about BAD sentence structure".

Sheesh.

And Janice also told Adeline how to disect a squid, OVER DINNER. One part of it is that you have to remove the EYEBALLS(again). And while Janice did that, she enjoyed stabbing it till some black or dark purple stuff came oozing out of it. And she ate it. Kidding.
Also, Adeline had some of Janice's mom's soup. It was so bitter that she had one sip and it was enough.

Now we're eating rock melon and blogging.

Once upon a time, there were [note that the word is were. which means something bad happened to them, and are either Dead or Alive: Beach Volleyball trademark now] four quadrops. The first quadrop was named Adeline 'Groaning Old Lady' Wang. She had no family of her own and was dumped at the Help The Elderly Hags care centre. The second quadrop was called Janice 'Broken Record' Chia. This was due to otherworldly 'Yuck, yuck, yuck, yuck, yuck, yuck!'s in the middle of the night. Nieghbours and helpful passersby reported her and she is currently serving 50 years of imprisonment. So at least we all know what one quadrop is doing. The third quadrop was Scarmila 'Silent' Rai. Silent but violent, is the catch phrase of this inhumane creature. This is proven by security camera's in the Broken Records home on the night of freakshow gaming. Eg. 'Why dont you try shooting Ashley', 'Eh, kill the cow!' and 'Shoot all the chickens'. We also received footage on her shooting prostitutes, innocent bystanders and even policemen in the head. How not violent. The last quadrop is named Sharon 'Einstein' Something. Sorry sharon. Anyway she is literally Einstein. I heard she created the Polarizing lamp! From 3M or whatever that post-it company is. And she also created this puny bomb called 'The SRR' aka 'The Sharmila Rai Rajendran'. Whatever Uranium she had left, she would put it into this bomb. Not very effective but it works; For example, it explodes like this 'plick!' and it kills insects and germs. How effective! Aren't we grateful that She-males like Einstein were born.

Okay I'd like to share my new found knowledge to you peeps about something you all might find amusing.

Cheryl Chiam, literally goes on a SEE-food diet. Whenever she sees food she just takes and eat, regardless of whether she's full or not. She had claimed to have the looks of a 15 year old but a body of a 40 year old.
Everybody now together....Oh my God!

ALSO, I must say her body grows either too rapidly or too slowly. Not only having a body of a 40yr old, she has a creativity brain of a 5 year old. She draws dinosaurs like how a Pre-Schooler would.

It is called -drumroll- Resident Evil: Project Veronica! :o
Yes, Project VERONICA

Oh sorry, the game's name is Resident Evil: Code Veronica!

Anyway it goes like this:

Raccoon City, strange reports come in from locals about missing people and unusual sightings of doglike monsters. After the remains of a mangled woman, bearing wounds that seem to have been inflicted by a wolf or grizzly bear, are fished out of the river, local police barricade the entrance to the mountain road, and Raccoon City's own STARS (Special Tactics and Rescue Squad) is informed of the situation.

STARS unit Bravo Team is sent to investigate the situation, but a helicopter engine failure leads to all contact being lost with the group. Alpha Team is sent in to investigate the forest area, locate and rescue Bravo Team members, and bring the situation under control. However, when the team lands, it is suddenly attacked by a pack of grotesque dogs. Abandoned by their terrified helicopter pilot, the remaining members of Alpha Team are chased to a nearby mansion where the real nightmare begins.

Choosing one of two characters, you will go on to discover the secret of the Umbrella Corporation and the T-Virus. Strange puzzles, terrifying monsters, and a twisted plot await....
